The price includes:
• water/ gas/ electricity, no heated room or air conditioning, 1 weekly washing machine (additional use of washing machine 3 €), iron and ironing-board).
• use of local structures (swimming pool with solarium, gymnasium, covered parking, bikes, children play-grounds, table tennis, barbecue, ancient wash-basin to wash the line, drying-place.
• final cleaning
• linen with weekly change
• conventions with restaurants and bathing establishments.

Internal equipments: • big refrigerator with freezer
• hoven in La Giara and La Mimosa

• TV in apartment, satellitar TV in Le Rose, Gli Olivi, Le Spighe, I fiori.
• linen ( bedroom, bathroom, kitchen): sheets, 2 towels for person (1 hand towel and a towel bidet), tablecloth and disch-cloth.

• The cost of additional days is the daily cost (130 € for La Giara and 100 € for La Mimosa/ Le Spighe/ I fiori/ Le Rose/ Gli Olivi.
• Weekly discount with exclusion of linen: 15 € for La Giara and 10 € for La Mimosa/ Le Spighe/ I fiori/ Le Rose/ Gli Olivi.

1)At booking: deposit by bank transfer (1/3 of total)
2)Balance by cash at the keys
