La Mimosa

At the ground floor, 2+1 places bed, 35 m.ts., La Mimosa is an attractive apartment equipped for a peaceful family vacation.
With access directed from the garden, on the west side, external private area to have lunch, it welcomes you in an ample and bright dining-room, furnisched with ancient furniture, cooking corner in marble and pieces of furniture in chestnut.
The apartment is completed with a spacious and pleasant bedroom (double bed and sleeping couch) and one bathroom with shower.

New Farm–house, Il Maestrale invites you to choose a holiday in their new farm-house in all Tuscan style.
There is a choice of 4 new apartments all equipped to respect completely fundamental rules of environment: heat insulation and sound-proofing outside walls, roof, fixtures and floor.
There are pressure-reducers and flow-reducers in kitchen and in bathroom.
Are present satellite TV and automatisms to extinguish internal lights (badge), outside lights, heating and air conditioning.
Three ground floor apartments (Le Rose, Gli Olivi and Le Spighe) and one first floor apartment ( I Fiori) all have been furnished in country style: wooden beams, antique furniture, typical Tuscan tiles, lights, curtains all put together to give you even more old Tuscan taste.

Le Rose

Le Rose is a pretty ground floor apartment, 32 sq.m., with direct access from the garden.

On the ground-floor, Gli Olivi, 30 sq.m., has two graceful sheds.
The first, with direct access from the garden, takes you to the apartment, the second, on the back of dining-room, shady and independent, has iron furniture to have your meals in the verdant hill of our olive-grove.
The bright dining-room has wall cooking corner, olive-green and hand-made tiles, ancient sink of cement.
There are table and chairs in Tuscan style and an ancient kitchen cupboard.
The bedroom is gracefully furnished with iron bed, night table, writing-desk and ancient wardrobe. The bathroom, with shower and window, is furnished in olive-green final touches.

Le Spighe

Le Spighe is a pretty ground floor apartment, 35 sq.m., with direct access from the garden.
Its spacious and independent shed has iron furniture to have your meals in the relaxing surroundings.
In the bright dining-room, in front to the wall cooking corner with yellow hand-made tiles, are present ancient sink of cement, table and chairs and an ancient kitchen cupboard.
The bedroom is gracefully furnished with iron bed, night tables, writing-desk and ancient wardrobe. In the bathroom, access for handicapped people, are present window and shower with chair (there is not bidet).
